The insets on the center band, the clip and the end piece were hand cast. I used carbide tools to shape the exceptional quality Amboyna Wood burl on the lathe to exact specifications. It was shaped, sanded, finished, waxed, ad buffed….all by hand. There is a minimum of 15 coats of a acrylic finish over the wood for generations of use. The end result is a fountain pen that writes like a dream and will make a showpiece for someone very special. I used rhodium and gold titanium because the wear rating is superior to other materials. This means that this pen can be handed down through many generations

It takes a standard “Parker” style ink cartridge available at mort all office supply stores. It also comes with an ink converter so bottled ink may be used as well.
